Bio-Gas Manufacturing

Anaerobic digestion and gas upgrading systems that turn organic waste into clean, usable renewable gas.

Process Overview

From organic waste to renewable gas

Our bio-gas solutions cover the complete digestion pathway — feed handling, reactor design, gas cleaning and upgrading, plus digestate recovery.

Process Steps

Eight-stage bio-gas pathway

01

Feed preparation

Sorting, shredding, mixing and conditioning organic waste to optimise digester biology.

02

Anaerobic digestion

Controlled breakdown of organic matter in oxygen-free reactors to produce raw biogas.

03

Biogas collection

Safe capture and storage of gas from digester headspace with pressure and safety controls.

04

Gas cleaning

Removal of impurities such as hydrogen sulphide, ammonia and particulates.

05

H₂S / moisture removal

Desulphurisation and drying to protect downstream equipment and meet gas quality norms.

06

Upgrading

CO₂ separation to increase methane content and produce pipeline-quality or vehicle-grade biomethane.

07

Compression

Pressurisation and storage for grid injection, CNG use or on-site power generation.

08

Digestate management

Solid-liquid separation and nutrient recovery for agricultural or industrial reuse.
