Process Overview

From renewable feedstock to fuel-grade bio-diesel

Our bio-diesel manufacturing solutions are designed around the feedstock you have access to — vegetable oils, animal fats, used cooking oil or acid oil. Each stage is sized for throughput, product specification and safe operation.

Process Steps

Seven-stage manufacturing pathway

01

Feedstock preparation

Screening, filtering and conditioning renewable oils, fats and used cooking oil for consistent reactor input.

02

Pre-treatment

Removal of free fatty acids, moisture and contaminants to protect downstream catalysts and product quality.

03

Transesterification

Controlled reaction of oil/fat with alcohol and catalyst to produce fatty acid methyl esters.

04

Separation

Phase separation of glycerol and crude methyl ester using gravity or centrifugal systems.

05

Purification

Washing, drying and polishing to meet fuel-grade specifications and local standards.

06

Quality control

Laboratory testing of density, viscosity, flash point, cloud point and other key parameters.

07

Storage

Dedicated tanks with nitrogen blanketing, leak detection and safe transfer systems.
